When will my order be shipped?

Within 24 hours once we've received your order. 

How long does delivery take?

3-4 days with standard delivery and 1-2 days with express shipping.

Social Media Giveaway

Our current giveaway promoted on both Tiktok and Instagram offers participants £5 Amazon vouchers once you have posted content of our games being played on your social media account. Videos must be high quality with #brutalhangover and/or #happyhour mentioned and only 3 unique entries per account each month.

Our Policies 

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

All orders are processed immediately so unfortunately we aren't able to make any changes to your address. Not to worry, we understand that mistakes happen! As we are a small business it isn't ideal to reship products after the wrong address has been entered. Therefore if this has happened, simply contact us and we will reship your order for an additional £2.95 fee.

Returns 

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns and shipping. Returns must adhere to the following: product(s) must be in the original packaging, must be unopened and no stains or odours. 

Please note that once your returned order has been received, a full refund will be processed automatically minus the shipping fee.
